My name is Jeff Walter, CEO/CO-FOUNDER of Athletes In Cannabis Trade Shows and Conferences. Come join us in Newark NJ for our next event on May 6th and 7th 2022. During this Conference and Trade Show, you will meet Retired Members of the NFL, NHL, NBA and Members of the Association of the Professional Ball Players Alliance – (Former MLB Players).
Athletes in Cannabis is a Premier Business to Consumer and Business to Business trade show and conference operating within the legalized cannabis and hemp space. Within our show, you will find growers, suppliers, dispensaries, and much more presenting their products or services.
We offer various opportunities for companies and individuals to participate in our show as an exhibitor, speaker, or as a company looking to raise capital.
During the tradeshow, conferences, and networking social, you will have an opportunity to connect with various Athletes, industry professionals, lawyers, medical professionals, marketing specialists, capital companies, accountants, and much more. We plan our events as a haven for an exchange of ideas and a chance to expand your knowledge and network. We offer many ways for you to grow your network and form relationships with others. Our event gives you the opportunity to mingle with our sponsors in the following settings:
Lunch - This Will be served at the hotel. Tickets will be provided for your team to enter the space where Lunch will be served. (Lunch is only open to exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors)
All Day conference room - This room is dedicated for our sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and guests to meet and have a semi-private area to sit and discuss potential business so you're not stuck having a conversation on the tradeshow floor or in the hotel lobby.
Networking Soiree - At the close of the first day, May 6th, our Sponsors, Speakers, Exhibitors, and the general public will be invited to the Networking Soiree. This will take place in the Hilton Newark Airport and will feature hors d'oeuvre and a cash bar.

VIP DINNER WITH SELECTED ATHLETES AND OWNERS OF ATHLETES IN CANNABIS - IF YOUR COMPANY IS A GOLD SPONSOR, YOU AND 3 GUESTS WILL BE INVITED TO ATTEND OUR PRIVATE DINNER FOR THE OWNERS AND SELECTED ATHLETES WHO PARTICIPATED IN OUR EVENT. THIS EVENT TAKES PLACE ON SATURDAY MAY 7TH AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE TRADE SHOW. JEFF WALTER WILL PROVIDE DETAILS TO THE RELEVANT GUESTS OF HONOR.
Sponsorship packages are one of the many ways you can participate in the show. These packages give various benefits for a company to increase their reach and brand awareness during our show. Depending on the level of the package your company could be highlighted during our networking event, on the show floor with a booth or by having your logo splashed throughout the venue for attendees to see or in any of our other great advertising methods. We also host several presentation sessions throughout the conference portion of our shows where professionals from different industries and backgrounds share their knowledge and expertise on a particular topic.

3. Reggie Grant – (CEO & Co-founder, eSportsInstruction, Inc, eSiPitch.com, Athletes in Cannabis, Athletes in Art and NFTs By Athletes. – Reggie is a former Player for the NY Jets
4. Joshua S. Bauchner – (Lawyer @ Ansell Grimm and Aaron) – Joshua has a vast history of working in the cannabis space as an attorney. Joshua has represented clients in all levels of the court system including a case at the Supremum Court of the United States. Joshua will be presenting during the STATE OF THE CANNABIS ADDRESS. 5. Rich Present – (Owner of Present Naturals, and PP1 Holdings) – Rich is a consultant that will discuss the ins and out of acquiring a cannabis license. He is an owner of several grows, a head shop, and dispensaries across the USA.

7. Mahlon James – (Director of Sales Paybotic Payment Processing) - Mahlon will discuss the trials, tribulations of accepting cashless payment in the CBD and THC Industries and offer you solutions on how to legally accept payments within your specific type of business.
8. Ben Rattner – (Lawyer Cemele & Wood LLP) – Ben Will be speaking about the MRTA’s and laws as they pertain to the industry in NY State. Ben will be presenting during the STATE OF THE CANNABIS ADDRESS. DO NOT MISS HIS PRESENTATION!

Other speakers could range from a lawyer sharing their experience in navigating the legal difficulties of Cannabis to a marketer educating participants on useful tools to gain more digital exposure. Regardless of where your interests lie, you are sure to learn something new from our speakers and will also have the chance to converse in a one-on-one session throughout the show. The last point covers our capital raise sessions where aspiring business entrepreneurs and small business owners are given the time to present their new or existing ideas to a panel of investment professionals, venture capital firms, athletes and wealth managers in order to take their business to the next level. The panel is made up of individuals looking to put their money in this growing space, and help nurture businesses into their full potential.
We are projecting a turnout of approximately 1,000+ attendees per day.
